Business intelligence system to visualize the call behavior of Nuxway Technology's IP PBX clients.

Nuxway Technology, a company focused on providing telecommunications services and solutions, is facing an overload of support engineers. Multiple responsibilities delay the preparation of reports requested by its clients, exceeding the agreed-upon deadlines and generating customer dissatisfaction, affecting operational efficiency and the quality of the service offered.

This project develops a business intelligence system, enabling Nuxway Technology to visualize the behavior of its clients' call centers and facilitate reporting.

The system was developed using an Incremental Iterative methodology. After completing all its iterations, the system has 4 main modules: Implementation of the #ETL process, Application of a #data integrity verification system, Implementation of a structured data warehouse, Creation of a dynamic port in Power BI.

The system features a data warehouse developed in PostgreSQL, capable of storing the #CDRs of the IP PBXs. #PentahoDataIntegration It extracts this data from the required IP PBXs via a direct connection, processing the data following an established ETL process. Users will only see the updated information in their respective Power BI file connected to PostgreSQL via the ODBC access standard.
